Terms of Service

By accessing or using Proposal Suite ("the Service"), operated by DOTXEVEN ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

The Service is provided solely for your personal and internal business use. You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; (d) use automated systems to access the Service without our express written permission; (e) resell or redistribute any content or features of the Service without prior written consent; (f) use the Service to transmit spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk.

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You represent that your User Content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. We may access your User Content to provide support, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Some features require a paid subscription. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until payment is successfully processed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DOTXEVEN and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DOTXEVEN, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in courts located in San Francisco County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
